Therapy for Anxiety & Depression
In-person Boulder + online throughout Colorado
Depression and anxiety can make even the simplest moments feel heavy or uncertain. They can show up as exhaustion, overthinking, self-doubt, or the sense that you’re falling behind in life. Sometimes it’s a quiet numbness; other times, it’s an inner storm. Whether it’s social worry, constant stress, or low mood, it can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself and others.
I help people find steadiness and self-trust amid the noise—moving from cycles of overwhelm or withdrawal toward a greater sense of presence and belonging. My approach integrates mindfulness, somatic awareness, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support gentle, lasting change. Together, we’ll explore the parts of you that carry pain, learn what they need, and create new ways of relating to your emotions with compassion and understanding.
Therapy isn’t about eliminating discomfort completely—it’s about developing the capacity to meet it with awareness and care, so it no longer defines your life.
If you’re ready to reconnect with yourself and feel more grounded in who you are, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

Everyone’s journey is different. Some people come in for short-term support around a specific issue, while others choose to work longer-term to explore deeper patterns and create lasting change. We’ll work together to find a pace and timeline that feels right for you.
