I know this process because I’ve lived it.

Growing up, I was shy, anxious, and afraid of social situations. I learned to hold my feelings in, play small, and hide from myself and the world. As I got older, I numbed out the way a lot of people do: through addiction, distraction, and shutting people out. It took time to realize that avoiding pain isn't the same as healing.

Psychotherapy, meditation, movement, and breathwork taught me to speak my truth, feel my emotions instead of burying them, and ask for help when I need it. Healing isn't about reaching some perfect state where nothing is hard, it's about navigating what comes up with more clarity, resilience, and trust in yourself.

I've gone from being too anxious to walk into a grocery store to someone who has built a full, connected life and given public presentations on topics I care deeply about. I believe that transformation is possible for everyone. This work takes honesty and persistence, but I know firsthand how worth it it is.

If you're ready, I'd love to support you.

Trauma can leave a lasting imprint…

Trauma can leave a lasting imprint—showing up as chronic tension, emotional numbness, anxiety, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. Maybe you’re more on edge than you’d like to be, feeling disconnected from yourself, or just plain exhausted. Trauma therapy can help you make sense of these experiences and begin to soften the ways they live in your body and nervous system.

You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. And healing trauma doesn’t mean you have to relive every painful moment. Instead, we focus on creating safety, presence, and connection—so you can build a new relationship with your past and feel more grounded in the present.

My approach to trauma therapy is practical, embodied, and influenced by mindfulness and transpersonal psychology. This is not just talk therapy—it’s a space to reconnect with your breath, your body, and the quiet sense of knowing that healing is possible. We may work with meditation, breathwork, and mindfulness-based techniques to support you in feeling more at ease, more aligned, and more yourself.

“There is no timestamp on trauma. There isn’t a formula that you can insert yourself into to get from horror to healed. Be patient. Take up space. Let your journey be the balm.”
