What is Breathwork
The breath is one of the most direct pathways to presence. When guided with intention, it can help release emotional tension, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect you with a deeper sense of calm and vitality.
In a guided breathwork session, I’ll lead you through conscious breathing techniques tailored to your needs—whether that’s activating the body to release stuck energy or calming the system to restore balance. Each session includes curated music, grounding guidance, and space for integration afterward.
Different styles of breathwork are offered, including:
Regulating breathwork to calm anxiety and ground the body
Activating breathwork to move emotion, build resilience, and access clarity
Integrative breathwork combining both, helping you find your natural rhythm between rest and activation
