Breathwork Sessions

In-Person in Boulder · Online Worldwide · Cacao Ceremonies Available

The breath is one of the most direct pathways back to yourself. It doesn't require years of practice or any prior experience — just a willingness to show up and feel. I've been working consciously with breath for over a decade, and it remains one of the most reliable tools I know for reconnecting with the body, moving through stuck emotion, and returning to a sense of aliveness.

What Breathwork Can Do

Most of us spend our lives breathing shallowly, staying just above the surface of what we feel. Conscious breathwork changes that. Depending on the style, it can calm an overactivated nervous system, move emotions that have been quietly building, build resilience to stress, or open a doorway to deeper self-awareness. It's both a practice and an experience — and it tends to surprise people with how much shifts in a single session.

Breathwork can support:

  • Anxiety, stress, and nervous system dysregulation

  • Emotional release and processing

  • Energy, vitality, and natural mood elevation

  • Focus, clarity, and confidence

  • Deepening your existing healing or meditation practice

What to Expect in a Session

Every session is tailored to you. We begin with a check-in — talking through what's present for you, what you're hoping to access, and what style of breathwork fits best. From there, I'll guide you through a practice built around your needs, accompanied by music chosen specifically for that session.

I work with multiple styles, including:

  • Activating breathwork — sympathetic, energizing, emotion-moving. Good for breaking through numbness, building inner heat, or accessing what's been pushed aside.

  • Calming breathwork — parasympathetic, restorative, grounding. Good for anxiety, overwhelm, or coming back to the body after a hard stretch.

  • Integrative breathwork — weaving both, finding your natural rhythm between activation and rest.

Throughout, I hold space for whatever wants to come through — emotions, movement, stillness, tears, laughter. Nothing needs to be managed or performed. After the breathwork, we take time to integrate what arose before you leave.

Cacao Ceremonies

I also offer breathwork sessions paired with ceremonial cacao — a heart-opening plant medicine with a long history of use in healing and ritual. Cacao gently amplifies presence, warmth, and emotional openness, making it a beautiful complement to breathwork. If you're curious about this offering, we can talk through whether it feels like a good fit for you.

Is This for You?

Breathwork is for people who want to go a little deeper — who sense there's more available to them than their current toolkit is reaching. Whether you're navigating stress, looking for a natural confidence boost, wanting new tools for self-regulation, or simply curious what conscious breathing can open up, you don't need any prior experience. Just an open mind and a willingness to breathe.

Investment

Breathwork sessions are offered on a sliding scale of $40–80 for a 60-minute session. Pay what feels right and sustainable for you — I want this work to be accessible to people who are ready for it.
